Để thực hiện bạn vào Start gõ GPEDIT.MSC
Sau đó tìm đến đường dẫn sau: User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar
Click đúp vào Remove pinned programs from the Taskbar.
Chọn Enabled
